Project Overview
This $50m project includes a new Residential Aged Care Facility (RACF) at Hawkins Masonic Village for the Royal Freemasons’ Benevolent Institution (RFBI), which will form stage 1 of the development.
The project comprises 150 residential care rooms, associated facilities, external works and landscaping.
Our Involvement
Quantz worked closely with the ECI Contractor to develop bills of quantities prior to contract award.
