This $40m high end aged care development contains 144 self contained bedrooms, luxurious outdoor spaces and common areas.

Our Involvement
Quantz worked closely with Cranbrook Care providing services from feasibility stage, cost planning from concept design through to construction, bill of quantities and contract administration.

  • The Property Council of Australia Innovation and Excellence Award 2019 for Best Retirement Living Development

  • ITAC Award 2018 for “A New ‘Smart Generation’ – IT Implementation” in the Implementation category for Best Aged Care Software Development and/or Deployment
