Project Overview
This staged redevelopment of Lober Square at Anglicare’s Castle Hill site included Independent Living Units, Stand Alone Villas, a Community Centre, Health Building including pool, Cafe, Bowling Green, extensive road and civil works, basement carparking, landscaping and external works.

Our Involvement
Quantz worked closely with the ECI Contractor / Head Contractor providing assistance with tender preparation and preparing bills of quantities at tender / negotiation stage.
